How long does it take to launch my business package?
Most Starter and Complete Launch packages are delivered within 4–6 weeks, depending on your branding session and how quickly content is finalized. VIP Launch timelines vary based on coaching and extended media.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use the systems you set up?
Not at all. Everything is set up for you, and we walk you through how to use your website and CRM so you feel confident.
What is the platform fee, and is it included in my package price?
The platform fee is separate from your package investment. It covers hosting, maintenance, and CRM access. Starter clients only pay it if they choose the CRM option. Complete and VIP clients include CRM, so the platform fee applies automatically.
Can I upgrade later if I start with the Starter Launch?
Yes! Many clients begin with Starter, then move into Complete or VIP once they’re ready. We’ll apply your existing setup so you never lose progress.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — Complete and VIP Launches include strategy or mentorship. All packages can add on continued support if you’d like us by your side long term.
